How does the DTE Program Work?

(3-month commitment)

 

Dream Team Elite is a player development-focused basketball program designed for athletes serious about long-term improvement. DTE operates in 3-month seasonal blocks, and all families commit to the entire 3-month season upon registration.

 

1. What does the DTE program include?

Your membership includes:
• Up to 4 training sessions per week
• Competitive league games
• Indoor & outdoor training
• Conditioning/workout days
• Film study & basketball IQ development
• Skills development
• Coaching staff
• Equipment, admin, and operational costs

  2. How many training hours are included?

DTE guarantees a minimum of 45+ hours of administered/coached training over each 3-month season.

Most seasons typically provide closer to 55–60 total training hours depending on scheduling availability.

Weekly schedules may occasionally be adjusted due to weather, holidays, gym availability, tournaments, or seasonal downtime. Makeup sessions may be provided when needed.

 3. What is the cost?

DTE offers one complete all-in program at a non-negotiable rate of $195 per month.

All players are required to commit to 3 consecutive months ($585 total commitment).

Sibling discounts are available for immediate family members only.

 4. What if my child misses practices, games, or gets injured?

There are NO refunds, discounts, credits, prorated adjustments, or paused payments for:
• Missed practices
• Missed games
• Injuries
• Sickness
• Vacations/travel
• School activities
• Schedule conflicts
• Weather-related changes

Training spots, gym space, and coaching staff are reserved regardless of attendance.

 5. When are payments processed?

Billing is processed automatically on the 1st of each month.

Parents are responsible for ensuring payment methods remain active and updated within their account profile/settings.

A $25 late fee will be applied to any declined, failed, or late payment.

Players must remain current on coaching fees in order to participate in practices and games. Prorated amounts may occasionally be offered at DTE’s sole discretion when joining mid-month.

 

 6. Are league fees included?

No. Fieldhouse USA league registration fees are separate from DTE coaching/membership fees.

 

 7. Do you offer financial assistance?

In select situations, DTE may offer limited financial assistance or adjusted pricing for families who meet certain criteria and demonstrate strong long-term commitment to the program.

 

 8. Can we cancel during the season?

No. Once registered, families are fully committed through the completion of the 3-month season.

 

 9. Do you offer evaluations or trial sessions?

Yes. One free evaluation/trial session may be offered depending on roster availability.
