Dream Team Elite runs in 3-month blocks (ex: Dec 1 – Mar 1). Each season includes about 50 hours of training (≈16 hours per month). Families commit for the entire block.

What’s included in the 3-month fee?

Your seasonal payment covers the full DTE experience:

• 4 hours of training per week (exceptions for holidays, facility closures, or weather)

• Indoor practices

• Outdoor sessions (weather permitting)

• Workout days

• Film study days

• Skills development

• Coaching staff

• Photography & film crew

• Equipment + admin costs

3. When is payment due?

The full seasonal fee (ex: $525) is due upfront on the first day of the 3-month block.

4. Can we pay monthly instead?

No. All players are on 3-month upfront commitments so we can secure consistent court time and coaching staff. (Unique circumstances may be handled at the sole discretion of Dream Team Elite.)

 

5. Are there refunds for any reason?

No. There are absolutely NO refunds for any reason whatsoever.
This includes: missed practices, missed games, injuries, sickness, vacations, school conflicts, holidays, schedule changes, weather issues, or any other circumstance.

6. What if my child misses practices or games?

The fee does not change. Training spots, staff, and facilities are reserved whether players attend or not.

 

7. What if we join late in the season?

Depending on space and timing, a prorated rate will be available.

8. Are Fieldhouse USA league fees included?

No — Fieldhouse registration is separate from Dream Team coaching fees.

9. Can we train without playing in league games?

Yes. Players may opt out of games, but the seasonal coaching fee remains the same.

10. What happens if practice is canceled due to weather?

We always offer an indoor alternative or adjusted workout session. Make-up trainings will be implemented as needed to ensure all players reach the 60-hour seasonal minimum. 

 

11. Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes — discounted sibling pricing is available during each 3-month block.

 

12. Can we cancel during the 3-month season?

No. Once the commitment begins, families are fully committed through the end date.

14. Do you offer trial or evaluation sessions before signing up?

Yes — one free evaluation session may be offered depending on roster space.
