Fieldhouse USA is a separate company and organization that operates youth sports leagues for K–12 athletes.

They provide:

• Access to gym facilities

• Referees

• League scheduling

• Playoff structure

Fieldhouse does not train players, develop players, or run practices.
They are not responsible for Dream Team Elite coaching, development, discipline, or policies.

Dream Team Elite’s Relationship with Fieldhouse

Dream Team Elite is a completely separate program.

• We pay Fieldhouse USA to enter our teams into their leagues

• They provide the court, games, and officials

• We provide all coaching, training, development, and structure

Fieldhouse USA does not control:​

• Playing time

• Coaching decisions

• Team culture

• Player expectations

• Discipline

• Roster rotation

• DTE pricing or membership

We compete in their league.
We are not part of their company.

DTE Has the Right to Compete Anywhere

Dream Team Elite may enter our teams into any league or tournament at our discretion, including:

• Fieldhouse USA

• YMCA

• ProSkills

• Tournament organizers

• Independent leagues

• Developmental leagues

• Competitive AAU circuits

We operate where it best benefits our athletes. Parents do not choose which league we enter.

Winter 2025 Fieldhouse Registration Status

UPDATED 10/28/25 @ 12:00 PM 

Registration for the Winter 2025 Basketball Season is CLOSED due to Fieldhouse reaching maximum capacity for practice slots.

What Fieldhouse Provides

The following:

• One 50-minute half-court practice per week (Mon–Fri)

• 8 regular season games

• Post-season playoffs for top 4 teams in each division (3rd grade and above)

This is THEIR model. DTE provides more training, development, film, and skill work outside of league operations.

General League Structure (Fieldhouse)

The following :

• League registration is based on grade for the 2025–2026 school year

• Games played at Fieldhouse USA on:

• Fridays (6pm–10pm)

• Saturdays (8am–10pm)

• Sundays (10am–10pm)

• Possible weekday games: Feb 2–6, 2026 (Mon–Fri)

 

Winter 2025 — Important Fieldhouse Dates

• Registration Ends: Nov 7, 2025

• League Forms Due: Nov 13, 2025

• Practices Begin: Dec 1, 2025

• Games Begin: Dec 5, 2025

• Games WILL be played weekend of Jan 2, 2026

• Possible weekday games: Feb 2–6, 2026

• Playoffs: Feb 16–22, 2026

 

​Fieldhouse Winter Break Rules

No practices or games between Dec 22–Dec 28

Teams do have practice the week of Dec 29

• (DTE will still train outside of Fieldhouse. We are separate.)

 

Roster Policies (Fieldhouse)

• Max roster size: 12 players

• Fieldhouse will form rosters to 10 players if needed

• Individual players will be contacted by the coach after the coach meeting

• Uniforms are not included

 

​Fieldhouse Registration Fees (Winter 2025)

Practice Team (Kinder–2nd Grade)

• Individual: $185

• Team: $1,625

 

Fieldhouse Late Fees

• Individual Late Fee: $15

• Team Late Fee: $100 Based on availability

 

Fieldhouse Refund Policy

Prior to registration closing:

• $30 administrative fee deducted

• After registration closes: No refunds for any reason, including:

• Delays Cancellations

• Public health issues

• Practice schedule changes

• Fieldhouse pricing

• Fieldhouse refunds

• Fieldhouse registrations

• Game schedules

• Roster lock rules

• Practice slot assignments

We register our teams as guests in their league.
We are not their employees
